A water flow control valve is provided to accurately measure the flow rate by including a magnet at a position where foreign substances are not accumulated and preventing accumulation of foreign substances between vanes. A water flow control valve includes a housing(100), a valve(200), a flow rate detection unit(300). The flow detection unit includes a rotor(330), a magnet(350), and a flow rate sensor(370). The rotor is installed in a direction crossing a passage direction in a passage(120). Vanes are provided along the circumferential direction of the rotor by a predetermined interval. The magnet rotated together with the rotor. The flow rate sensor detects rotation of the magnet. The magnet is provided at the outermost end of the vane. The flow rate sensor is fixed to the housing on a rotation orbit of the vane.
