ENDOSCOPE CLEANING AND DISINFECTING UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope cleaning and disinfecting unit which has simple constitution, enables the settability of an endoscope to a cleaning and disinfecting tub to be improved and can surely clean and disinfect the endoscope.

SOLUTION: The endoscope cleaning and disinfecting unit is equipped with: the cleaning and disinfecting tub of an unit body for housing the endoscope; and a top cover 3 connected to the upper part of the unit body so as to be opened and closed to the unit body for closing the endoscope housing port of the cleaning and disinfecting tub. A projection part 70 forming a clearance 91 between the inner surface 3n of the top cover 3 closed to the unit body and the endoscope housed in the cleaning and disinfecting tub is provided between the inner surface 3n and the endoscope.
