The vehicle has a cover such as an engine bonnet or a luggage compartment door, and an insulating mat that is fastened with a fastening unit (5) e.g. straddle clip, in an inner side of the cover. The fastening unit is visible in an opened condition of the cover, where the fastening unit has a reflective or fluorescent coating (10). The fastening unit includes two straddle units (7) at front ends (6) in a positioning direction and a casing (9) at rear ends (8) in the positioning direction.
