PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission-type eccentricity measuring device which measures eccentricity not only of a positive lens but also of a negative lens or a lens with a short focal distance. SOLUTION: The transmission-type eccentricity measuring device is equipped with a light source, a target, an auxiliary lens, a test lens and a focal board on the optical axis. The distance between the test lens and the focal board is set constant, and the target is movable in the light axis direction. In addition, the measuring device has a distance between the test lens and the focal board as a fixed distance f and is structured to satisfy Y=f×Tanθwhereθrefers to the eccentricity, Y refers to the quantity of motion of image, and f refers to the fixed distance.
