PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-processing device capable of suppressing paper jam and skew etc. SOLUTION: This post-processing device 1 is provided with an intermediate tray 15 on which a plurality of paper sheets are temporarily placed to true up of side edge positions of the sheets and stack them, in the middle of conveyance to apply a predetermined process to the plurality of sheets; and with first and second conveyance guides 27, 28 arranged opposing to the intermediate tray 15 and rotatably supported so as to approach to/be separated from the intermediate tray 15. Resin guide faces 28c for guiding the sheets along a predetermined conveyance direction M4 and for pressing the sheets on the intermediate tray 15 when the second conveyance guide 28 approaches to the intermediate tray 15 are formed on the second conveyance guide 28. A plurality of through holes 31 which are recessed parts are formed in first regions 28f on the guide faces 28c.
