A vehicle operation measuring device includes: travel parameter detection unit (11), a vehicle attribute constant acquisition unit (12), a skid amount temporary estimation unit (13), a skid amount differentiation-equivalent value calculation unit (14), and a skid amount actual estimation unit (15). A skid amount temporary estimation value is calculated by using a travel parameter and one more constants including at least a mass among vehicle attribute constants. A skid amount differentiation-equivalent value is calculated by using the travel parameter and the vehicle attribute constants not including a mass. A skid amount is calculated by using the skid amount temporary estimation value and the skid amount differentiation-equivalent value. Thus, it is possible to detect a skid without mounting a steering detection mechanism.
