摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recorder which can stably eject liquid droplets of a large ejection amount without being influenced by negative pressure variation and driving conditions of an ink supply source. SOLUTION: The inkjet recorder is equipped with a recording head 10 which has a plurality of ejection ports to eject ink, and an ink supply means which supplies the ink to the recording head 10. The recording head is equipped with the plurality of ejection ports 17 which eject the ink, a plurality of liquid passages 18 which communicate with the ejection ports 17, and a plurality of energy generating means which generate ejection energy for ejecting the ink supplied to each liquid passage 17 as the liquid droplets from each ejection port 17. A dividing part 21 which divides a part inside the liquid passage 18 to a plurality of channels is formed more inside the liquid passage 18 than the ink ejection port 17. The ink supply means is equipped with negative pressure applying means 35 and 36 which adjustably apply a negative pressure into the recording head 10. The ink supply means controls the negative pressure applying means according to variation of the pressure inside the recording head 10 to adjust the negative pressure applied into the recording head.
