PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output circuit capable of attaining a high slew rate and low power consumption without increasing the circuit scale. SOLUTION: The high slew rate output circuit uses an NMOS 93-1 and a PMOS 93-2 to detect a voltage between terminals IN and OUT to deeply turn on a PMOS 81 and an NMOS 82 at an output stage 80 and supplements a current flowing through a differential input stage 50 only in the case of an output change to attain the high speed slew rate without increasing a static consumed current. Further, since differential currents are increased only at charging/discharging to/from a load connected to the OUT, the high slew rate output circuit can cope with a wide range of loads. A through-current of the output stage 80 at charging/discharging can be reduced independently of the compatibility with the high slew rate by countermeasures of the through-current of the output stage 80 and a low overshoot/undershoot and a short settling time can be achieved.
