PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage and severance of harness by blocking contact between an intruding object such as a bar-like body and the harness. SOLUTION: An end frame 9 longitudinally provided at the outer end in a deck width direction, a lateral frame 16 with one end side joined to the end frame 9 in a state of forming a frame clearance 17, and an undercover 11 closing an opening partitioned by both end and lateral frames 9, 16, are provided as constitutive members of a side deck C. The undercover 11 is mounted in a state of forming a cover clearance 14 longitudinally continuous with the frame clearance 17, between itself and the end frame 9, and the harness H is installed across the lateral frame 16 and the end frame 9 in a state of crossing the frame clearance 17. In this constitution, a blocking part 18 for blocking the bar-like object 15 intruding through the cover clearance 14 from below, to the harness H is integrally provided on one end side of the lateral frame 16 in a state of cutting off continuation between the frame clearance 17 and the cover clearance 14.
