PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elongate a time in which ejection can be continued without execution of the maintenance action such as spare ejection, suction, etc. by suppressing solvent volatilization from nozzles during an operation period of time. SOLUTION: An airflow deflecting member 30a is provided so that an airflow 20 which is generated consequent to the movement of a medium 116 to be ejected and flows between a nozzle face 510 and the medium 116 flows away from the vicinity of the nozzles 51. The airflow deflecting member 30a is shaped to project more than the nozzle face 510 at the upper stream side than at least the nozzles 51 in a medium movement direction S.
