PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure even a dimension of a protruded portion on a side face from a building image displayed on a display. SOLUTION: A projection face 30 in parallel to a front face 10 is provided to be directed from the side face 20 formed with the protruded portion 50 toward an inside, intersections E, F of a formation point of the protruded portion 50 on the side face 20 with upper and lower sides AD', BC' in a rectangle ABC'D' on the side face 20, are extended along a direction in parallel to upper and lower sides AD, BC in a rectangle ABCD on the front face 10, and an intersection thereof is made to serve as the first eye point V31 to project the protruded portion 50 on the projection face 30. The protruded portion 50 projected on the projection face 30 is projected on the front face 10, using a disappearing point V21 of the side face 20 as the second eye point V21, and the dimension of the protruded portion 50 is thereby measured, based the on coordinates of the image front face 10.
