PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform measuring device capable of easily determining whether Go occurs or NoGo occurs in measured data at a specific time. SOLUTION: The waveform measuring device comprises an A/D converter for converting a measured waveform into a digital signal by sampling, and a storage section for storing waveform data consisting of the digital signal and time when the measured waveform is converted into a digital signal. The waveform measuring device displays a measurement result of the measured waveform on a display section. The waveform measuring device also comprises a determining section for reading the measured waveform from the storage section and performing Go or NoGo determination of actual data of measured waveform, and a display commanding section for commanding the display section to display the classification of Go or NoGo of the measured waveform performed by the determining section sequentially according to the time.
