PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper face cover for a linear motion guide device not requiring processing of a guide rail, which is capable of mounting a long upper face cover on the upper face of the guide rail. SOLUTION: The upper face cover 2 which is mounted on the upper face of the guide rail 1 having a through-hole 6 penetrating in the vertical direction and which covers the through-hole 6 is constituted by connecting adjacent upper face covers 2a, 2b mounted continuously in a plurality of numbers along the axial direction of the guide rail 1. A connecting part 10 for connecting the adjacent upper face covers 2a, 2b is provided at the end of the upper face covers 2a, 2b. The connecting part 10 is constituted by a projection 12 provided at the end of the upper face cover 2a opposing the upper face cover 2b and projecting toward the upper face cover 2b, and a recess 14 provided at the end of the upper face cover 2b opposing the upper face cover 2a and fitting with the projection 12.
