<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a hydrogen utilizer which is a stable utilizer and is dispensed with infrastructure and to improve image of a waste collecting car. <P>SOLUTION: A waste utilizing hydrogen system is provided with constitution for manufacturing hydrogen 14 by utilizing waste heat of waste treatment, a hydrogen-fueled vehicle is used as the waste collecting car 23, hydrogen 14 is supplied to the waste collecting car 23 in or near waste treating facilities and the waste collecting car 23 uses the hydrogen 14 as fuel.
