<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encryption processing circuit, with which a device with high performance of a type for performing encryption/decryption processing and other processings in parallel, is manufactured by using the encryption processing circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The encryption processing circuit is constituted as a circuit that has an encryption core, capable of executing the encryption processing and decryption processing in which data length is unchanged by the processing to data and an instruction acceptance part 26 having a register for processing result, and that controls the encryption core 28 so as to apply the encryption/decryption processing to the data specified by a CPU on a memory; and when a processing result by the encryption core that should be stored in the register for processing result has been specified by the CPU, the circuit stores the processing result in the register for processing result; and when the fact that the processing result should be stored in the register for processing result is not specified by the CPU, the circuit performs DMA transfer of the processing result on a specified storage region of the memory. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
