<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle warning device in which a face and a sight line of a vehicle driver who directs the face and the sight line to a non-front side by looking aside and napping are certainly directed in a vehicle front direction. <P>SOLUTION: When the vehicle driver looks aside, the direction of looking aside relative to the vehicle front side is detected (step 116). Further, when such looking aside is generated and possibility that a vehicle collides with a front obstacle reaches to a threshold value level, a seat belt attached to the vehicle driver is pulled in a direction opposite to the looking aside direction. Specifically, when the driver faces a center panel in a cabin and looks aside, it is pulled to a road side on a side of a driver's seat.
