PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control apparatus capable of avoiding inconvenience caused by unintended channel switching operations and entry switching operations. SOLUTION: The display control apparatus includes a control section 21 for implementing one-screen display in which a video image from one input source is displayed on a display section 16 in a way of one screen display and implementing two-screen display in which video images from two input sources are displayed on the display section 16 in a way of two screens, and the control section 21 is set to an automatic switching mode in which the one-screen display and the two-screen display are automatically switched, when a selection operation of selecting a different input source from an input source of a video image during display is performed while implementing the one-screen display, the two-screen display is selected and the video image of the input source having been selected at the execution of the one-screen display and the video image of the input source selected by the selection operation are displayed.
