<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe screwed joint for further improving site working efficiency, particularly, a fastening speed on a collateral basis by reducing the controversial torque dispersion of a rugged screw to the extent that it can be manufactured with current tolerance managing technology while holding its superior compression resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The steel pipe screwed joint comprises a pin member having a tapered male screw, a metal seal formed portion and a torque shoulder formed portion at the pipe end, and a box member having a tapered female screw, a metal seal formed portion and a torque shoulder formed portion at the pipe end corresponding thereto, the pin member and the box member being threadedly fitted and connected to each other. A trapezoidal screw having a load face and a screw bottom face contacting each other with a clearance formed between a screw top face and an insertion face and the rugged screw having a load face and an insertion face contacting each other with a clearance formed between a screw bottom face and a screw top face are mixed in the single joint. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
