<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for detecting wrongly loaded units for detecting such wrong loading that units whose types are unmatched are combined in pairs. <P>SOLUTION: The unit wrong loading detection method for checking the compatibility of combination of units in pairs which are configured on the assumption that that a plurality of types of units are present and the units are loaded by combining types of the units compatible with one another, includes: a signal generating step of generating a detection signal with a characteristic corresponding to the type of one of the units as a detection signal denoting the occurrence of an optional detection object state associated with the unit; a step of collecting the detection signals by the other unit; a characteristic investigation step of checking the characteristics of the collected detection signals; and a determination step of determining whether or not the type denoted by the characteristics of the detection signals obtained as a result of the investigation in the characteristic investigation step is adapted to the type of the other unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
