<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve downsizing/cost reduction by reducing a hardware quantity of a source part and to solve the problem due to a phase difference of a dual AC input source. <P>SOLUTION: With an AC/DC conversion part as one AC/DC conversion part 3 common to dual systems, its input side is wired-connected to dual system AC power input terminals 105/106. The system is provided with a phase adjustment circuit 2 for adjusting a phase of the AC input power source from the dual system AC power input terminal to be input to the AC/DC conversion part 3. The system is provided with a relay 6 for switching ON/OFF between the AC power input terminal and the AC/DC conversion part 3 on the side of the system where the phase is not adjusted by the phase adjustment circuit 2.
