PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic sensor unit which prevents generation of a leak of a resin as a mold agent from inside a casing, and improves productivity furthermore than hitherto. SOLUTION: A notch part 20 through which a cable 9 is allowed to pass is formed on an outside wall 8 of the casing 2. An inside wall 22 for restricting a resin flow to the notch part 20 direction when putting the resin is provided inside the notch part 20. The inside wall 22 is formed in an approximate U-shape so as to enclose the periphery of the notch part 20 from three directions at a clearance 23 with the notch part 20, and the second notch part 24 corresponding to the notch part 20 is formed in a portion facing the notch part 20.
