The system comprises a stack of organic layers formed between an electrode and a back plate electrode. The stack has an emission layer with organic material. A doped charge carrier transport layer is arranged between the electrode and the emission layer. The blocking layers are arranged between the transport layer and the emission layer. The two transport layers and the blocking layers are formed from an organic matrix material. The transport layer is formed by carbon monoxide evaporation of doping material and the blocking layer is formed by carbon monoxide evaporation of emitter material. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an organic pin-type light emitting diode (2) a humidifier with a light emitting unit (3) a luminescent indicator with a light emitting unit (4) a method for manufacturing a stack with organic layers for an organic pin-type light emitting diode.
