<p>The curtain coater comprises several structural groups (I, II, III, IV)such as applicator head (1), start chute (9), collecting trough (6) of which at least one forms a displacement unit mounted on a linear guide (10, 12) so that it can move horizontally along the machine from an operating position into a service position and back again so that access is provided for service personnel (P) between the individual structural groups. The linear guides can each consist of two parallel guide rails and four guide carriages with rolling bodies. The linear guide could be a pneumatic bearing.</p> |
