摘要 An organic light emitting device, a manufacturing method thereof, and a method of forming an inorganic insulating film are provided to prolong the lifespan of a display device by improving an electrical property of the insulating film. An organic light emitting device(10) includes a pixel electrode(12), an alumina thin film(13), a light emitting layer(15), and a counter electrode(14). The pixel electrode is formed on a flexible substrate(11). The alumina thin film exposes the pixel electrode. The alumina thin film is formed between the substrate and the pixel electrode. The light emitting layer is formed on the pixel electrode. The counter electrode is formed on the light emitting layer.
