The proposed device for measuring concentration of substance in liquid by the absorption rate of monochromatic optical radiation contains a monochromatic optical radiation source, two optical systems, a photodetector, a selective amplifier for a modulated signal, a synchronous detector, an analog-to-digital converter, two timing signal formers, two AND logic elements with three inputs, an OR logic element, a random-access memory unit, a read-onlymemory unit, a microprocessor control unit, and power amplifiers. Each optical system contains two reflectors, a cuvette for controlled liquid, a level detector for liquid in the cuvette, an inlet valve, and a drain valve. Each timing signal former contains a disk shutter with a driving synchronous motor, a light-emitting diode, a photodetector, and timing pulse former. The aforesaid devices are connected to each other according to the specified circuit diagram. The proposed device provides a possibility to correct constant and random measurement errors at different concentrations of the substance and the unstable parameters of the device.
