The annular combustion chamber has walls (6, 8) linked by a transverse base (10) and a one-piece fairing (12) with inner (16, 20) and outer (18, 22) flanges with holes for fixings (14a, 14b). Each of the fixings is associated with at least one tangential slit (30) in the adjacent flange, the slit being made in the immediate area of a fixing. Each slit extends in a substantially tangential (or circumferential) direction relative to the generally annular geometry of ythe combustion chamber.
