<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium 50 adaptable to a high speed recording and reproduction and having excellent productivity by using a hydrogenated silicon film as a transmittance enhancing layer 16 and incorporating high transmittance in a first information recording layer L0 without thickening the transmittance enhancing layer 16. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical recording medium wherein recording and reproduction of information are performed by irradiation with a laser beam from one surface side of a first substrate 11, the first substrate 11 has the first information recording layer L0 having a first dielectric film 12, a recording film, a second dielectric film 14, a translucent reflection film 15 and the transmittance enhancing layer 16, a second substrate 23 has a second information recording layer L1 on its one surface side, the first and the second substrates 11 and 23 are stuck to each other via a resin intermediate layer 31 so that the first and the second information recording layers L0 and L1 are opposed to each other and the transmittance enhancing layer 16 is formed by using the hydrogenated silicon film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
