<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system having semiconductor memory devices by which data can be input/output according to function of a system without being marginal rate controlled for high frequency operation of an address signal and a command signal, and having a memory module including these memory devices. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes: a memory controller for generating a first clock signal, second clock signal having the frequency higher than that of the first clock signal, address signal, command signal, and data; and the memory module mounted with a plurality of semiconductor memory devices connected to the memory controller through bus lines whereon the first clock signal, second clock signal, address signal, command signal and data are respectively loaded. In this system, the semiconductor memory is equipped with an address buffer and a command buffer connected to the first clock signal to receive the address signal and command signal in response to this first clock signal, and a data buffer connected to the second clock signal to input/output the data in response to this second clock signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
