<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To a power demand monitoring system, taking into consideration a machine to be subjected to additional running in a plant. <P>SOLUTION: From a recording group of cumulative actual use amount of electric power energy (S2) of which recording is started after the operation of each of a group of machines, constituting a plant starts, records of the cumulative actual use amount of electric power energy of the corresponding machine are selected.
