PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs to be spent on a whole monitor system. SOLUTION: In this monitor system, an automatic transaction device 1 transmits the content of failures which have occurred in a device to a monitor server 20, and the monitor server 20 transmits the content of those failures received from the automatic transaction device 1 to a Web server 25, and the Web server 25 transmits the content of those failures received from the monitor server 20 to a portable terminal 30 carried by a staff, and the portable terminal 30 displays the content of the failures received from the Web server 25.
