PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device management system for performing management setting of a plurality of devices and improving the efficiency in management work without having to install an information processor for management such as a server on a network. SOLUTION: A device management system 100 includes an information processor for management 4; a first device 1 capable of communication with the processor 4; and a second device 2 capable of communication with the first device 1 via a network. The processor 4 transmits the setting information related to the setting of the second device 2 to the first device 1, and the first device 1 transmits update request information requesting the update of setting of the second device 2 on the basis of the setting information.
