PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimally remotely control a device in a destination. SOLUTION: A device control system comprises: a navigation information acquisition means for acquiring navigation information of a mobile object; a time estimation means for estimating a scheduled time for the mobile object to arrive at a destination based on the navigation information of the mobile object acquired by the navigation information acquisition means; a device control means for controlling a device in the destination in accordance with the scheduled time of arrival estimated by the time estimation means; and a certainty calculation means for calculating certainty for the scheduled time of arrival estimated by the time estimation means based on the navigation information of the mobile object acquired by the navigation information acquisition means. The device control means controls the device in the destination based on the certainty calculated by the certainty calculation means and the scheduled time of arrival estimated by the time estimation means.
