PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low resistive conductivity imparting agent without using a perchlorate that has a small environmental load on an occasion of disposal and is uncorrosive to metals, and a conductive resin composition. SOLUTION: This conductivity imparting agent is composed of an ionic conductive polymer composition containing lithium nitrate. The conductive resin composition having lower resistance than that of a conventional conductive resin is obtained by adding the conductivity imparting agent to a resin without using the perchlorate, and is used for molding.
