PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof floor material by which both of satisfactory sound isolation efficiency and satisfactory walking feeling can be obtained at a lower cost. SOLUTION: In the soundproof floor material a, a number of wooden unit plates 1a-1e having narrow recessed grooves formed in the rear faces at predetermined intervals are brought together, and a cushioning material 11 formed of an open cell type ether-based urethane foam sheet having an expansion ratio of 20 to 70 times is bonded to the rear faces.
