PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein many intermittent driving pumps are required to increase the number of suction hoses for taking out a chemical liquid, in order to increase the width of chemical liquid injection in a conventional soil disinfectant, and a problem wherein the vibrations of a machine frame are added to a float in a chemical liquid flow-confirming meter disposed in the middle of the suction route to produce abnormal pulsating flows, thereby causing the leakage of the liquid. SOLUTION: This soil disinfectant is characterized by disposing a branching structure 29c for branching a chemical liquid 51 from a chemical liquid tank 12 to suck the chemical liquid into intermittent driving pumps 7, 8 in the middle of a suction route 29 from the chemical liquid tank 12 to the intermittent driving pumps 7, 8, and setting the reciprocating movement direction 56 of a floating member 55 comprising a float in the approximately perpendicular direction.
