METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LATENT HEAT STORAGE/COLD STORAGE CLOTH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a latent heat storage/cold storage cloth in which since the addition of microcapsules to a cloth is not through the fiber making and is not by the application to the fiber cloth, there is no blemish by the application process.

SOLUTION: The method comprises: a process of making a microcapsule suspension by mixing microcapsules in which latent heat storage/cold agents having different melting points respectively encapsulated in the shells with a volatile auxiliary agent; a process of making a cloth shaping liquid by making the microcapsule suspension disperse in a hydrophile polyurethane resin liquid and making a cloth shaping liquid; an application forming process making a plane-like cloth sheet in which the volatile auxiliary agent is volatilized while curing by heating after applying the cross shaping liquid to a plane-like parting material; and a mold release process removing the plane-like cloth sheet from the parting material.
