PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slate covering structure which can be fitted by simple work without scattering asbestos. SOLUTION: The slate covering structure for covering an existing asbestos construction material comprises support members supporting the existing asbestos construction material and being arranged at predetermined intervals, mounting members having recessed grooves of a substantially U-letter-shape in cross section and being fitted to side surfaces of the support members, respectively, and a cover member extending between the mounting members. Thus, the covering structure can be fitted by the simple work, and the existing asbestos construction material can be covered without scattering the asbestos. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
