The rotor has rotor blades (20a, 20b, 20c) formed as an increased resistance rotor, where the rotor blades has a flap that is locked if the wind operating the rotor blades is arised on a side of the rotor blades. The flap is opened when the wind operating the rotor blades is arised on a back side of the rotor blades. Planes of the rotor blades are arranged on top of each other. An independent claim is also included for a rotor blade.
