<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content use right according to safety of a user terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The user terminal 20 is a means making an issue request for an electronic ticket for use of a content to a ticket issuing server 10, and transmits level correspondence information corresponding to a security level of the user terminal 20 to the ticket issuing server 10 according to the request. The ticket issuing server 10 stores correspondence relation between the security level and the use right, receives the issue request for the electronic ticket and the level correspondence information according thereto from the user terminal 20, gets the use right corresponding to the security level corresponding to the level correspondence information, and provides the electronic ticket showing the gotten use right to the user terminal 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
