<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management system that has a means of setting a notification range other than a disclosure range, and can easily and distinctively specify the notification range and disclosure range while the both can be changed by a slide bar. <P>SOLUTION: The document management system comprises a document registration section 2 for registering a document created by a user together with an appropriate access right in a document DB 1, a document display section 3 for presenting documents in the document DB 1 to the user having the access right, a disclosure level setting section 4 for setting a disclosure level of the displayed document, a disclosure range specification section 5 for specifying the user, a notification level setting section 6 for setting the notification level of the displayed document, a range name table 7 for associating a range name with the range, and a notification section 8 for extracting the user range from the range name table 7 and notifying the user of it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
