PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of generating an OFDM signal for data transmission in multi-band OFDM (MB-OFDM) systems. SOLUTION: The method comprises the steps of: dividing a plurality of subcarriers into two or more groups of subcarriers; minimizing the peak-average power ratio(PAPR) of an OFDM signal; and enhancing the transmission of the OFDM signal by further repeating transmission of the OFDM signal. Information for transmission is allocated to a first of the groups, the allocated information is transposed by a means of a transposition algorithm, and the transposed allocated information is allocated to a second of the groups.
