PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a result of the performance of a trial which is an objective of an oral type physical condition-improving agent and has not been performed conventionally, to a market. SOLUTION: This oral type physical condition-improving agent is characterized by containing a fine powder of lava as a main component in order to achieve the above objective. The oral type physical condition-improving agent is characterized also in that the fine powder of the lava has approximately 0.1 to approximately 50μm particle size, and the fine powdery lava consists of the lava produced in an area of a mountain range of the Mt.
