<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide control and inspection bar codes in welding which are available for unitary control and inspection in spot welding, and to provide a work system for weld inspection which is a step of performing unitary inspection, operations, and storage through the use of the bar codes, and in which a burden on an inspector is reduced, accuracy in welding is enhanced, and proper storage is achieved. <P>SOLUTION: The work system for weld inspection, which provides for unitarily controlling product specifications in spot welding, is a system for performing unitary control and inspection in spot welding that includes a step of reading bar codes to set various kinds of conditions, a working step of preparing an air pressure and a standard sample, a continuous welding step to be conducted based on the standard sample, an inspection step of inspecting a welded body via a position sensor, a step of performing the quality inspection of the welding and of conducting reweld when the welding is defective, a step of performing production control for manufacturing by radio communication, and a step of performing an inspection for quantity control in production. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
