METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ELECTRONIC DEVICE, MOTOR-DRIVEN SCREW DRIVER AND MANUFACTURING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven screw driver which discharges electric charges applied to the interior of HSA while restraining inflow of a large current to an element, and also to provide a method of manufacturing a data storage device using the motor-driven screw driver.

SOLUTION: An electronic part 4 is placed on a tool 5 having a self-discharging member 52 self-discharging the charged charges and having a resistance value showing diffusion performance. A screw of a screwing part is tightened by a non-grounded motor-driven screw driver 1 connected to the tool 5. The self-discharging member 52 eliminates charges applied to the motor-driven driver 1 and the electronic part 4, thereby preventing an element of the electronic part 4 from being broken owing to ESD in a screw tightening process.
