A communication antenna is provided with a dielectric substrate; a strip line formed on one surface of the dielectric substrate to go around with a gap section; a conductive film formed on the dielectric substrate on the surface opposite to the surface whereupon the strip line is formed; and a power feeding means for electrically connecting the strip line with the conductive film. The strip line has a polygonal shape.
