PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an air conditioning refrigeration device with required minimum added devices by utilizing a general air conditioner, a refrigerator or the like as much as possible. SOLUTION: This air conditioning refrigeration device comprises an air conditioner comprising an outdoor unit and an indoor unit connected by an air conditioning refrigerant pipe, in which cooling operation and heating operation in a room is switched by operation of a four-way valve; and a freezer comprising a showcase connected with a freezing unit by a freezing refrigerant pipe to cold insulate a commodity stored in the showcase. The refrigerant circuit of the freezing unit and the refrigerant circuit of the air conditioner are mutually connected through a heat exchanger for using condensation heat of the showcase as evaporation heat of refrigerant in the heating operation of the air conditioner, and the heat of the showcase is recovered by the air conditioner.
