PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exothermic formation, an exothermic unit, and a heating device wherein exothermic means having high reliability and safety and superior workability in manufacturing are provided. SOLUTION: An exothermic body holding part is provided with a holding part which is fastened to the end part of exothermic part and which holds an exothermic part at a prescribed position, an elastic part having elasticity by having a flat shape at the material cross-sectional face, and a power supply part which carries out power supply to the holding part fastened to the exothermic part via the elastic part.
