PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the hoisting drum in the conventional hoisting apparatus for a purse seine that the middle net area is kept behind because the traction speed at both of top and bottom edges of the net is high or the net is twisted or entangled by the action of the V-shaped groove. SOLUTION: A sub-roller is attached to the side plate of the T type drum that is set to the main body in the rotary shaft direction and the net is held fast with the roller and the side plate so that it may be kept drawable.
