The invention relates to a device for damping or surpressing vibrations in a building. Said device comprises at least one aerodynamic control surface which is mounted in a rotational and/or displaceable manner, at least one mechanical damper which comprises a spring element and which works in a predetermined direction in relation to the building of the rotational vibrations or the vibrations, and at least one constraint cinematic coupling which is arranged between the mechanical damper and the aerodynamic control surface. Said device can also dampen or surpress torsion vibrations as well as vibrations in predetermined directions. |
