A display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a power consumption of the display device by supplying a large amount of current to a light emitting layer using a low data voltage. A display device includes a dielectric substrate(100), a switching transistor(50), an auxiliary driving transistor(60), a driving voltage line, and a bipolar driving transistor. The switching transistor is formed on the dielectric substrate. The auxiliary driving transistor is connected to the switching transistor. The bipolar driving transistor is connected to the driving voltage line and the auxiliary driving transistor. An auxiliary driving voltage line is connected to the auxiliary driving transistor and supplies a fixed voltage to the auxiliary driving transistor. |
